Basin Clinic is your best choice for healthcare on Colorado’s southwestern frontier offering a wide spectrum of services including general medical care for children and adults at any age, urgent care, lab work, and others! The non-profit (501c3) Basin Clinic was founded in 1979, and serves the Nucla-Naturita, Bedrock, Redvale, Vancorum, Paradox, Gateway, Norwood, and Slick Rock communities in southwestern Colorado. Located 100 miles from the nearest hospital in the next major city.

Patients that are in immediate need of advanced medical attention will be airlifted via Classic Air Medical or Careflight, or sent by ambulance via Nucla-Naturita EMS to St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction or Montrose Memorial Hospital in Montrose.
